Certification of Completion Requirements:
Please note that currently there is no state or national governmental agency in the USA that governs the professional licensing of Aromatherapists. The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and the Aromatherapy Council are the organizations that have set the Approved Standards for Aromatherapy Training in the USA. You may also visit half.com and purchase used books. If you buy from the same seller, you will save on the shipping. My favorite seller through this site is Better World Books. They're fast and the books are in great condition-most are new because they resell books gathered from publishers and libraries.
You will be learning how to make your own aromatherapy preparations, so you will need oils and at least 1 carrier oil. The required essentials oils which I call My Fave Five are included in the price of the workshop. These are the following:
Lavender
Eucalyptus
Lemongrass
Tea Tree
Ylang Ylang
And up to 5 samples.
Recommended Carrier Oils:
Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil (included)
Optional:
Aloe Vera Gel (included)
Unscented Base Cream or Lotion
